The Solutions Showcase will be offered to all participants at the venue. The first part of the Solutions Showcase will also be broadcasted to the virtual audience with the “Elevator pitch” format, where solutions will be introduced. The second part will be carried out in a form of deep-dive onsite workshop sessions on each solution presented, providing participants with the opportunity for the continued open discussion with the solution providers.

15:30-16:05 CEST | Part 1: Solutions Showcase pitch session
A brief, concise and persuasive speech to provide key information about the solution and spark interest among the audience. Slides can be used, but the time has to be limited to 3-4 minutes per solution provider. This session will be offered primarily to the in-person audience onsite, but broadcasted, so that virtual attendees can tune in.

16:15-17:05 CEST | Part 2: Deep-dive parallel workshop sessions on solutions presented in Part 1
Following the Solutions Showcase pitch session, the in-person audience will be invited to join one of the parallel deep-dive Solutions Showcase workshops to learn more about one of the presented solutions of their choice.
These in depth group discussions will provide an interactive learning opportunity for attendees offering space for further showcase of solutions and practical examples, while taking advantage of audience engagement and exchange. Solution providers will act as the workshop hosts, stir the conversation and answer questions from the audience. Such focus areas as energy efficiency, blue-green infrastructure, social sustainability, circularity, and climate action planning will be addressed by different solution providers.
