Artist: The Alma-quartet
These four musicians from the Malmo Symphony Orchestra will perform classical music from composer Libby Larsen.
The performance will be introduced by Karin Karlsson, Head of Artistic Programming, Malmö Live Concert Hall.
Congress dinner – Food truck event

A welcome drink and snacks will be served to guests as soon as they arrive. The beverage and food will then be served as taste portions from five different local food trucks offering flavors from all over the world and reflecting the diversity of the City of Malmö, the home of people of more than 180 different nationalities. The food will be entirely vegetarian, organic and locally-produced, so far as it is possible. This event will also be an opportunity to mix and mingle with the other Malmö Summit participants.

Flavor boss serves food from the Afro Caribbean kitchen.
Menu: Fried sweet Congolese doughnut served with red stew and plantain chips.
- La dulcita
La dulcita is an artisan bakery and produces typical South American empanadas and pastries.
Menu: Spinach and cheese empanadas (vegan option available).
- Simple food truck
Simple food truck serves traditional street food from Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
Menu: Rice paper springrolls with tofu, bean sprouts, carrot, cucumber, coriander and mint.
- Sharpfood
Sharp food and their sustainable food truck Meal on wheels serves sharp flavors and seasonal Swedish ingredients.
Menu: Burgers with black beans, green peas, chia seeds and parmesan with soured onion and chili.
- Casseroll
Casseroll serves delicious and healthy food prepared from scratch with local ingredients.
Menu: Hummus made of grey peas, a legume from local farmers, served with local asparagus.
- Baristakollektivet
The Malmö-based Baristakollektivet has been serving coffee all over southern Sweden since 2014.
Menu: Fairtrade, organic coffee from Honduras, roasted in Malmö.
- Folkets pops
Folkets Pops creates vegan sorbet pops using a combination of seasonal fruit that would otherwise go to waste, wild berries and organic ingredients produced by local farmers.
Menu: Seasonal fruit pops made with sustainable ingredients to help save the bees.
